First Home Owners Grant Increased

Did you know the Queensland Government has recently increased the first home owner’s grant from $15,000 to $30,000 and is now applicable to eligible brand new homes* up to the value of $750,000 that are purchased between November 20th 2023 to June 30th 2025. Previously the grant was $15,000 and was applicable to purchase eligible homes up to the value of $750,000.

This means you could now be eligible to apply for the first home owner’s grant on a range of eligible brand new Kenfrost house and land packages. Imagine being able to move in to a brand new 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home to call your own, with everything done for you to just move in and enjoy!

Homes in Mount Peter Residential Estate start from high $500s. Homes in Vistas at Redlynch Estate start from the low $700s. Homes and Deep Creek Estate start in the low to mid $700s.
